SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping within the Netherlands. We ship via PostNL. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are €4,95. Free shipping on all Dutch orders over €75.
Shipping within Europe. International orders within Europe are shipped via PostNL International. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your country. Shipping costs start from €10,00.
International Shipping. We ship worldwide. Delivery outside Europe typically takes 5 to 10 business days. International shipping costs vary by destination. All prices on our website include Dutch VAT. For orders shipped within the EU, no additional taxes apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. UK, US, Australia), your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Your Order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package directly on the PostNL website at postnl.nl, or use our Track Order page. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@novale.nl.
Returns Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, log in to your account and go to your orders to submit a return request directly. You can also visit our Returns portal. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@novale.nl with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Refunds. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
